I’ve had the WORST experience at this location. They will not communicate with you and they will not help you if you when you need it. They know nothing and will give you mixed up information. They act like you’re at their dinner table asking them for food. VERY disrespectful, especially the big lady up at the express drive counter. They will not warn you about getting banned from the express drive hertz program if you don’t make your rides as they did with me. The service was a bit slow, and the person at the front desk seemed under pressure but handling situation very well also David handled everything very well. Very hard working team god bless
