Rudest staff I have ever met. Only one person there, so everything is super slow. Please avoid this place to save you a day. One star is even too high for this place.
Karen is the best in the business
Made a reservation a week in advance at the South Hadley, MA location. Upon picking up, no car was available. Karen the "manager" at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional to my girlfriend and I because we had asked why no one called in advance to disclose there was no vehicle available to pick up. Mind you I'm traveling from MA to NC for a funeral to say the least. I was advised to drive an additional 20 minutes south to another location to pick up a car.(W.
