Called today to ask about a rental. Women that answered the phone couldn't be less helpful or rude. Terrible customer service

This is the best location for Hertz. Karen is super nice and Jason made sure I had what I needed.
Hours are wrong. Wouldn't rely on them to have a car for you when you need it
