Service great on phone & in Kansas City. Car in awesome shape!
Mostly smooth except exit lines. Monday rush and only 2 processing attendants...spent a good 20 minutes waiting to exit lot
Super fast and courteous!
For the first time I received a vehicle that did not have a maintenance check done on it. Secondly, I have rented all of my vehicles when traveling from Hertz for the past 15+ years and I have not received my points for each rental. When I asked a customer service agent the reply was find your rental agreement and submit the dates and number. Not good a good answer!
Great service
Nice cars, pleasant staff, close to terminals for remote location. Add on fees more than most locations approximate fifty percent.
