Erroneously charged me for an extension today even though I turned the car in with a full tank, cleaned and vacuumed well before the deadline for turn in. The rude female named Shavon told me my receipt would be emailed to me. Instead I get an extension. Tried calling Hertz customer service but they were no help and were playing the transfer game. Super friendly and helpful staff
I had a very frustrating experience with this Hertz location. They never pick up the phone, no matter how many times you try to call. It makes it extremely difficult to get any information or resolve simple issues. Customer service here clearly needs improvement. The owner or management should seriously look into how employees are handling communication, because right now it’s unacceptable. Reliable communication is basic, and this location is falling short.
