Hiring a car from Hobart Airport was a nightmare, as was returning it. Cars are miles away and I have very limited mobility. Mystified about the 'deposit. It doesn't appear on my CC statement, either as a payment out or a payment returned. I left my disabled permit in the car in error, and no-one has contacted me to return it. I need it back urgently, surely these people would know that. However, the Corolla Cross was a good car, but NO information on how it worked.
We had a terrible experience with Hertz Hobart, official complain also being lodged with Hertz Customer Care. We tried to contact the Hobart Airport Branch Phone numbers over 10 times, no one even pick up the call.
