We have been using Hertz for over a decade and have thoroughly enjoyed all of their work and all interactions with them. We recently sold some farms within a 1031 exchange. Matt and Jordan were highly professional, attended to every detail and Matt even pointed out a few issues that were had overlooked. We would greatly recommend using Hertz.

My sister and I were anxious in selling our part of our farm. We had some difficult logistics to work around. Tom and Matt were awesome in helping ease our anxiety and kept us informed every step of the way. Can’t thank them enough for the great job they did. Would highly recommend them!!!

Working with Hertz was a great experience. They were quick to answer any of my questions and did a great job in selling my farm. Kyle was great to work with, I would suggest him to anyone wanting to sell their land.

We have been working with Clint looking for an acreage/farm and it’s been a great experience! He listened to our wants and needs for a property and was extremely knowledgeable. We finally found the perfect property for us and we couldn’t have done it without Clint’s help!
