I made a reservation here and as I walked in the person at the front desk asked if it was the same 16 foot box truck they haven’t had for three years, which apparently still shows up online. I don’t understand how they can have issues with availability and what shows up on their website when their headquarters is literally across the street. Will never rent with Hertz again.
