Tried calling 5 times during office hour , no one picks up the phone
They charged me 50$ for reservation, then cancelled at last moment. And now they are not responding to me calls since last 1 week and I have no idea where my 50$ are gone! VERY UNPROFESSIONALS
I called first ask if any cars available I was told yes I asked specifically if this location had cars was told yes. When there and no cars available
Had the worst experience of my life at this location , my booking was cancelled a day before pickup and because of the weekend I have no available rentals nearby , Iam still looking to book for Friday for a weekend already booked at a cottage . I was informed by email which I checked at 11pm due to my busy schedule , no one at the location had the curtesy to call me during the day . Please Read Before You Book. They cancelled my reservation the day before my pickup with zero regard for your plans. I received an email informing me my August 21st reservation was cancelled due to a “fleet shortage.” They had the audacity to call this “advance notice.” One day is not advance notice — it’s a last-minute excuse. I already accepted the young driver surcharge, I planned around this booking, and Hertz just pulled the excuse a day before my plans.
