I received an email from Nouman a day prior to my booking that they did not have any cars in their fleet for me to take. Unfortunately, this email went to my spam folder, so I did not see it in time to make other accommodations. I found it completely unprofessional that they did not give me a phone call instead, especially with such a late notice.
I had a great experience renting from this company. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The booking was straightforward, and their team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how everything was clearly explained, which made the entire experience even more comfortable.
I’m very disappointed with my recent rental experience. I rented a Hyundai Kona on Friday at 3:00 PM at a rate of around $37 per day and returned it on Sunday evening, which should have been a straightforward three-day rental. However, on Monday I discovered that I was charged $318, which seems completely unreasonable and unfair for the duration and agreed rate.
