Great time helped out in a time of need with great customer service
Great experience on this location. Definitely gonna go back on my next rental.
I didn’t feel like customers were a priority. While it wasn’t a complete disaster, it definitely didn’t meet the standard I expect from a rental service. I wouldn’t go out of my way to avoid this place, but I also wouldn’t choose it again unless I had no other options.
Worst Hertz location, have cancelled LAST Minute on two separate occasions leaving me stranded. Go literally anywhere else.
BEWARE of this US company. I prepaid through the website for a car rental. After THE CAR HAD BEEN RETURNED they added charges to my credit card that increased my charge by 60%! After calling the company they say nothing can be done because the file is closed. Use another company and save yourself some money!
