I would leave zero stars if I could and will never rent from or recommend Hertz to anyone. The car was mildly rinsed when picked up (note, the windshield was covered in water droplets). Upon the car's return, the staff member walked out and pointed to a spot (under 2mm long) on the windshield (from 20' away) and said there's windshield damage (as if he knew exactly where to look).
