I'm sure a lot of people will oppose my review but that is fine. The young that take care of Uber cars is AMAZING!!! She holds the ship together and does the best she can to get everyones' needs taken care of. It is a wait yes, so be prepared. However, the customer service HERE is great and I love working with THIS location. I get taken care of every time. Thank you guys for everything!!!
This place is a joke. I am a President’s circle member and after waiting an hour beyond my reservation time, I was told that my vehicle was going to need to be cleaned, so I should wait. They brought out a Chevy bolt which smelled of stale beer and had less than a 30% charge. I was driving from Baltimore to NYC. 30% will get you about 70 miles. I didn’t know that the charging time for these abysmal machines is about 5-10 miles per hour. They told me I would have to drive it to BWI airport in order to receive another vehicle.... read more
