Dear Hertz Customer Care, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the service at the Footscray branch. Overall, my experience with Hertz Footscray has been excellent over the past few years. The staff there have always been professional, helpful and friendly, which is why I continue to use this branch. So many hiddens fees, still waiting for refund from centralised booking they said they'd issue... Been a month now
Terrible experience. Booked 3 months in advance, completed the online checking. Show up and they don’t even have the car that I booked in stock there, had to redo my booking which took the best part of an hour at an extra $500 cost. When they redid my booking they forgot to add the toll pass, so now I got charged a penalty for late payments for the tolls I drove through. What a complete joke of a place.
Amazing service, lovely guys and car was super clean and nice - 5 stars!
