I really have a bad experience renting car here, not sure how they maintain their car, but it was so bad. The AC only works for half day, then it’s broken, and im in the middle of summer day with 35 degree, i feels like sauna in the car. This has been ruins my holiday mood, after complaining when returning car, they only said “yeah the ac don’t work”. That’s all. Super Bad!

Horrific customer service. Sort yourselves out! Booked a small car weeks ago, show up to collect and are told nothing is available. Offered a massive 2 seater van. Holiday road trip ruined. Sadly we aren’t the only ones - the reviews are awful!
Please safe yourself the stress of booking at this location. They allow bookings to be made at the time they close, meaning you can’t pick the car up. They never answer the phones. Horrendous customer service.
