Cars and the staff are great
I only felt to leave a review because the man hiding in the office believing I had already left, made a backhanded comment that I found unnecessary given the situation we found ourselves in. I understood that rental policies require the cardholder to be physically present, and I did not dispute that. What I did find disappointing was the attitude or lack of efforts to assist.
