Never trust Hertz. They take premium bookings then will try to fob you off with a shitty tiny Kia claiming they're 'unexpectedly' sold out, like they don't purposely overbook, then when you look to them for solution they just shrug and leave you stuck in the outer suburbs. The actual worst.
