Wanting to shout out to your staff!! They did everything to help when we found the car ordered through insurance claim wasn’t suitable to accommodate our kids car seats. The whole team were helpful but the stand out was Stephanie. She made the swap over smooth and removed the red tape like a boss!! She saw the situation we were in and confidentially solved the problem!! I was super stressed and she was kind, calm, empathetic and accomodating! Master class in customer service!!
