Go to Budget in Highett instead - much better experience. Was told as a first time Hertz renter (first and last in reality) I needed to show a utility bill which wasted time, then when taking my daughter and friends to a concert found the back seats in the 7 seater were not set properly and seat belt clips inaccessible which wasted more time to reset. EDIT: while the response to my review says this has been finalised and resolved it in fact has NOT and I’ve been promised a refund and yet to receive it due to “a system error” which I would say is just that they haven’t refunded it at all. Left a review about my terrible experience with them and how I was advised there would be NO call out fee for roadside assist but when I returned the car, I was forced to pay nearly $200 in call out fees despite being advised that there was none.
