Rented a Toyota Corolla today and upon picking the car up, noticed lots of scratches all over the boot lid, around the door handles and a terrible attempt at a respray on the front left corner of the bumper, mentioned it to the rep behind the desk before signing the rental agreement as there was nothing listed on the pre-existing condition report. Absolutely horrible service! Your constant repeated voice message service! Omg! Consistently advising your customers on how quick and easy your service is! While keeping customers waiting on the phone without any service what so ever! For 27 minutes until I can bare no more and hang up! Actually some jerk picked up, after me waiting already 12 minutes! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Friendly service and easy return Returned a rental that was organised through RACV. The young bloke at the counter was friendly and helpful, made the process quick, and organised a speedy deposit return. He even mentioned that most people don’t bother washing or vacuuming the cars before returning them, which was appreciated. All round easy, no fuss, and good service.
