Awful… I wish there was negative star rating .. they charge you extra for fuel even though you have returned car with more fuel in it. No transparency on money being charged, charge you twice for same service.
Customers service very poor, written wrong kilometres to charge extra on fuel. I have pick up car at 4:40pm it’s 5:30pm now. They mentioned kilometres 27071. Clearly seen kilometres are 27298. Can’t call them as it’s closed now after 5pm.
Easy and fast online booking, met with a chirpy guy who quickly confirmed our rental and we were on our way. Reasonable prices.

Enquired in person about an urgent one way car rental. Told us he would check if it was possible and call us in 20 minutes.....24 hours later and still no phone call. It appears that service isn't their priority!
