Terrible service. Reserved a car from here to return at san diego airport, when I showed up at the front desk, they refused to give me a car and cancelled my reservation! Be aware..
I would give 0 stars if I could. We had a manager's special price and had to extend our rental at that point the rate was no longer honored and price just about doubled without communicating that clearly. Would have turned in car had we known. Bad customer service
Be careful at this location! I was charged a Fuel & Service fee even though I returned the vehicle with more fuel than it had at pickup. I have photos from both pickup and return, as well as a gas receipt showing refueling before returning the car. There was zero client support at both pickup and return. No staff member reviewed the vehicle with me, no fuel level was verified, and no professional assistance was provided at any point.
