Showed up at my reservation time and they didn’t have the size car I had requested. I needed a large SUV so I could fit a family of 5 plus our luggage. They said they could downgrade me to a compact car for an extra cost or I could come back later in the day to get the SUV. They gave me the smaller car and I came back at the later time they told me, and they still didn’t have the car I needed. They told me I could wait indefinitely or take someone else’s smaller SUV. Terrible service. Reserved a car from here to return at san diego airport, when I showed up at the front desk, they refused to give me a car and cancelled my reservation! Be aware..
I would give 0 stars if I could. We had a manager's special price and had to extend our rental at that point the rate was no longer honored and price just about doubled without communicating that clearly. Would have turned in car had we known. Bad customer service
