Customer service is alright. Felt like I was being rushed. The car smelled like cheap soap from a car wash. I had to take a star away. Julie Page said the car would be updated in my app, and when I went to drive Uber in the rented EV this morning, It was not there. I lost hours of driving time and had to wait till 8 am to call and get someone else to correct the error.
I pulled up didn't have to sign nothing that's awesome I would recommend people there
The manager at this establishment was very rude and didn't seem to have a very good "listening ear" we will not be going here again for a rental.
After 12 hours flight and I even check online when I arrived the vehicle was not available and I have to wait at least 2 hours for next car
