Great experience. Nick was extremely helpful.
If you make a reservation online it sends a link that sats 404 error so you have to call in for confirmation. The car itself was filthy on the outside. Beat up. The wipers were bad so had to pull over and wait any time it rained so you could see to drive. The people were pleasant to talk to but are focused on upselling and very fake about concerns
Awful....was charged toll fees for months after my rental! And nobody would like to help me
Do not use this place! The staff is incredibly rude from the moment you walk in. The attitude from the people working there was astounding! Zero empathy or compassion. The lack of customer service skills was painful to experience. Also, it’s NOT FRAUD.
