Derek was awesome! We landed at a super busy time and there were no rentals available at any of the rental companies. We went to get our luggage and then off to get a cab. Derek found us and said he called the cleaning team and they just finished were bringing over a jeep for us! Will rent again from him for sure!!

I have never seen a rental car company close at 5pm Mon to Friday and closed completely Saturday and Sunday , if your planes lands at 6pm, then you need to go back to airport again next day to pick it up your car, use National next door is better for your schedule. But, services was great, no hassle, no hard selling at all.

I use the Yellowknife Airport Hertz car rental service three or four times a year. Each time the staff is prompt, organized, and friendly. The vehicles have always been ready for pick up and ready for the weather conditions. They are clean inside and out. The return process is quick and smooth. If you need a rental this would be my first choice when in Yellowknife.
