Avoid this place. Dishonest, deceptive and most certainly criminal. Don’t expect any joy if you request a review of the slippery conduct. Even when you point them at the smoking gun documents which vindictive your claim, it will simply be covered up. Hertz should be investigated by the police and deregistered.
