Great experience and service with this location. De’Adrell is amazing and will work with you if you’re having issues with anything and he will get you the best result possible. Very personable and thoughtful!
Trashy rude location. Set up a rental through State Farm, confirmed pickup by email reservation, took extra step of calling this location to confirm pick up the day prior, then no one showed. When I called for my car and driver, was told to go to Enterprise instead. Ok, gladly give that $1000+ insurance rental to your competitors, since you can't be bothered to show up for customers as scheduled and confirmed.
It was our first time renting at this Hertz. The service by Paul was great - friendly and courteous. The return was super easy and no surprise charges (yes, we’ve had surprise charges from other rental companies). Overall, great experience and use Hertz again in the future. Thank you, Paul!
Very good experience with Kenya (hope the name is correct). She's very friendly and helpful. She picked me up from the body shop and had a caring conversation with me on the way. She not only offered me discounts but also upgraded my rental car. My rental process was very smooth.
It's been a month and I still don't have the money they owe me from lyft
