Very good experience with Kenya (hope the name is correct). She's very friendly and helpful. She picked me up from the body shop and had a caring conversation with me on the way. She not only offered me discounts but also upgraded my rental car. My rental process was very smooth.
It's been a month and I still don't have the money they owe me from lyft
Worst experience I have ever had with renting a car. The car wasn't ready and I got it 3.5 hours after my reservation time. Nobody called to say it wasn't ready. The two guys working were beyond rude. Acted like I should have known because my name was on a piece of paper ( I guess the paper was a call sheet of people with reservations that were not going correctly).
