We booked a reservation and when we arrived Hertz told us there was no car available. Our confirmation number did not matter at all. I highly recommend going elsewhere or calling ahead before driving to this Hertz location.
Not up to typical Hertz standards, would use only for causal transportation needs without any specific time requirement. Hit or miss customer service goals. Great business college project for future entrepreneurs or for retirement income investment.
I am completely satisfied with everything that hurts have set up is easier it's faster and the people are very I mean very outstanding the young lady there she is wonderful
Complete waste of time.. I booked a car, received all the confirmations, and arrived on time. After waiting 23 minutes, I was told that no cars were available. She suggested I just sit and wait for a return - she had no idea of how long that might take. I was left standing there with zero assistance, and the only option they offered was for me to travel 20 minutes to another branch to try and get a car from there. Completely unacceptable.
