They do not answer their phones at all. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot get in touch with anyone
I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was truly such an upsetting experience. There was no one in the office when I showed up, and I was left waiting outside in the heat on the sidewalk for almost an hour. When he finally showed up, they told me they only had one car left that was a midsize when I booked a sedan and tried to charge me more for that.
