Rented a 7 passenger vehicle because I needed that amount of space for my trip. Employee pulled up in a 5 passenger vehicle and expected me to take the keys and go. I own a vehicle of that size. It would do me no good to pay to rent a vehicle similar to mine. She argued that it was the same class as the vehicle I rented; that’s a lie. There was no apology or attempt to fix the mistake. Showed up at 3:30pm for drop off and they were already closed. Came back at 8am and had to wait until 8:30am for someone to show up. Terrible service. Never coming back here.

Yet again, I had a car reserved to pick up at 8:00 am and it wasn’t ready. the person at the front desk said she was waiting for her coworker to show up so she could get the keys, and that it would be up to 30 minutes longer. I had to leave without a car and didn’t get the service I needed. The number of times I have been let down by this location is unreal. I had till 4:00pm to return the car during normal business hours. I arrived @ 3:50 and the location was closed. Store does not open until Monday morning and I have the car in my driveway. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to get to a live person on the phone to document this for Monday. My Monday will be changed a bit so I can return the car that I needed to return on Friday.
