During pickup it was excellent and the lone staff there was able to provide excellent service. However I've tried to drop off the rental several times and no one is there in the morning. I've waited at least 15 mins multiple times past the 8am open time . Either the open time needs to be updated or maybe a key drop- box should be put in place.
Great staff specially at time of drop off,,, very professional, staff at Fairbanks location in winter park florida.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this establishment warrants one as this is about the 4th time I come during business hours to pick up a rental and the location is closed during business hours. Additionally they place a " we will be back shortly" sign with a phone number to contact that no one answers. Do not rent from this hertz they are the most unorganized and unprofessional location I have ever dealt with. Cars are damaged or dirty. They won’t honor anything they promise! They are rude and won’t even answer the phone.
My experience with Hertz Rental located in Winter Park was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated the friendly communication, efficiency, and genuine willingness to assist. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. I would absolutely recommend Hertz to family and friends and would gladly use Hertz again in the future.
