Car was clean in and out with was full tank of gas. The process of getting and returning the car was made easy. Great customer service!! Excellent experience!! Gio Benoit
I had a positive experience and the manager was very friendly. No hidden whammys.
Terrible customer service. I had an 8am pickup I made a reservation for and I get there and they had no cars. Nobody wants to work and do what they are paid to do so, nobody cares. I ended up being late for work bc of the lack of responsibility and integrity here. If you can avoid getting a car here, I would. Unfortunately, this is the closest darn rental place near where I live. Do better Hertz!!
