Go to Enterprise on 5316 E Colonial Instead — Save Yourself the Headache Hertz on Aloma/Winter Park is consistently a mess. Every time I’ve been here, there’s only one employee trying to juggle everything — washing cars, processing rentals, handling returns, and sometimes just disappearing with the office locked. Expect to wait over an hour, guaranteed. To make matters worse, the staff is usually rude, disorganized, and clearly burned out. 🪳. Rented me a car infested with ROACHES and then wouldn’t refund it ! I had an extremely disappointing and frankly disturbing experience at this Hertz location. When I arrived at noon—well within their posted operating hours—I was left waiting outside a locked door for 20 minutes because the only employee on duty was “in the back.” Once I finally got the car (a gray Polestar), it immediately had a strong body odor smell, but I tried to brush it off.
