Worst car rental company I have dealt with! On my vacation my rental got cancelled, they ran out cars and did not have one to give me. I contacted Hertz and they said they would process my refund. I called two days later to verify my refund was processed. The person I spoke to said that my refund was not processed. They told me they processed my refund and I could expect it in 7-10 days. The rates were great. The people that work there could use a bit more traffic. They looked a bit slow. Maybe Corp. could spend some if all that profit $ on some local advertising. Living in a small town 2.5 hra. from the Mall of America, Minnesota Vikings, The Saint Paul Saints (real baseball the way it was ment to b played, by guys that play for the love of the game.
