Very disappointed with the service at Hertz Winnipeg. I called to reserve a car and was told it was confirmed, but I never received a confirmation and later found out there was no booking at all. I had to rebook everything myself. Staff was also rude during the call. I have had good experiences with Hertz before, but after this, I won’t be booking again.
