My dealership directed me to this Hertz location for a rental vehicle due to my car repair requiring multiple days to complete. This is my second time having a rental from this location. The Gentlemen working here were knowledgeable quick and great Customer Service! They reviewed the vehicle, the terms and had me in my vehicle very quickly. Very professional. I appreciated the efforts and excellent service.
Pet owners beware. There is a no pet in the car policy, which is fine. I told the agent when I rented that I have a dog and it does sometimes get in the car through my clothes. They told me that is okay. My pet was never in the car for the duration of my rental. I returned the car with VERY little dog hair in it. Upon return, hertz called me to let me know the car was completely covered in pet hair and charged me for it. No pictures, no further explanation. Terrible experience here. A series of terrible experiences. Got bumped in a parking lot, followed all the steps necessary, asked for the documents I needed for my insurance, they told me they didnt have them and that they didnt keep records of rental agreements. What? That's crazy. Fine. Then I had to push them to give me the documents needed for insurance because they told me they would handle the whole insurance situation as I'd given them the information. These guys are totally fraud recently my credit card has been used without my permission for 616.90$ which is a big amount and i am calling in there organization sometimes they don’t pick sometimes they transfer calls sometimes they come with lame excuses and all. If someone can help me to get my money back or have a solution please let me know. Never recommend to rent cars from them totally fraud.
