Really helpful employees especially kushu and mit
Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I rented a car, and it broke down, but they refused to exchange the vehicle. On top of that, the staff behaved very rudely with me. They did not provide any alternative car and acted as if they were doing a favor by renting a car to a customer. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hertz to anyone.Walker road hertz very crazy staff
