The parking lot around there sucks. It's easier to park on the street. I only deal with it when my husband has to pick up or return a rental which is dealt with through fleet for the company that my husband works at. The staff are friendly and helpful. Today my husband had to get a rental. They had him marked for a little 4 door thing that really wouldn't work so they upgraded him to a minivan on the spot. They did a quick rinse off of the van for him (pollen). The van itself was already clean and ready to roll.
Winchester, VA location is great! The crew here works hard, are patient and helpful, and were accommodating.
I paid for an Uber to get her and they never mentioned that same day reservations required a credit card. Waste of time and money. The building is gross and smells funky. I wish Enterprise wasn't out of car rentals... this place sucks and smells. And there are at least 3 empty liquor bottles in the parking lot.
They were amazing through the entire process! Even the 1800 number was amazing
