My partner has been giving this Hertz location business about once a month for a year. Today when he went to this location his experience was unnecessarily long and unprofessional as usual. He arrived at 9am to an empty office that was supposed to open at 8am. He had to call another location to get some one to help him, even though he reserved the car and time slot online. Just had a great experience returning our rental to this location. Dewil(sp?) got right on our return, helped document a minor ding we got with efficiency and ease and was pleasant to work with. I was nervous about the hassle because I haven’t ever had an issue in a rental car before but it went fine and would recommend this location to others based on that experience. If I could give them a zero I would. Not only did they charge me an excessive amount of money that is going to take 4 months of work to pay off, they stopped charging my card in the beginning of me possessing the vehicle. They are not helpful, the woman who usually works and answers the phone likes to lie to people and low key has an attitude. They don’t have any type of payment plan for situations like mine. They are just all around terrible. Never again will I rent from this company.
