I’d give zero stars, if I could. Had a rental reservation at this location, but when we arrived for assigned pick up, they were CLOSED! We then spent the next hour plus talking to six different reps, working to sort things out. Eventually, we were given the option to rent a car at a different location. This new location was out of state and we were going to be charged THREE TIMES the original cost quoted for the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous! Poor car selection, unclean vehicle and less than efficient service. Spent more than 25 minutes at this location only to leave without a car because the rental was not in a rentable condition. No exterior wash clearly visible. Interior was not vacuumed, had stains in the interior and smelled terrible. As a corporate renter this was unacceptable for a Hertz location.
One of the worst rental place Guys who works here are the most useless people and they don’t even know how to talk and treat. They feel like they own everything
The main problem was checking in, the internet went down, I had to go to another rental place altogether the process took more than two hours! Unacceptable! The only positive side was the customer service personnel! I don’t believe your company has one person to check clients in, clean the cars and bring the cars to you! Where is his help! Dropped pin took me to the office inside the train station yet was confused because car delivery is down the street. Minor issues. Rental agent was friendly, quick in and out.
