We had a terrible experience with this location. It started out good with them being accommodating for the vehicle that we needed and our experience was fine with picking up the vehicle. When it was time to return it, we were told that we could leave the vehicle at the body shop and they would come and pick it up. After calling FOUR times to confirm that my card would be accepted—including specifying the bank name and that it was a credit card—I was turned away on the day of pickup because my bank is “an e-bank.” Nowhere on the website does it state that e-banks are not accepted, and the reps I spoke with never mentioned this.
