Hours were changed for return day after I reserved the car, I was not notified they would be closed that day and hit with huge late fees despite returning the car on time. First and last time renting from Hertz.
Wilmington train station employees Cornell and other associate HORRIBLE terrible customer service & experience for 2 days straight not accommodating at all limited selection of cars attitudes were real nonchalant not helpful at all
I’m literally leaving a one star because I can’t leave a zero star rating. The staff was very unprofessional and rude.
Worse location ever. Had a reservation for 8am, vehicle already paid for in advance. Long story short. Didn’t get in the vehicle till 9:03. Back to budget I go.
Hertz car rental didn't have any car when I got there. They had took my money already and I haven't gotten it back yet and the other day someone took more money.... ARE THEY STEALING PEOPLE MONEY! YES! BE CAREFUL
