I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Hertz and feel compelled to document the significant issues I encountered throughout the rental process. Beyond receiving a vehicle that was dirty and had a strong odor of both smoke and marijuana, the most frustrating aspect of this experience was the repeated mishandling of my debit/credit card information and the excessive amount of time required to resolve errors that should never have occurred. This location is ridiculous. I have a prepaid reservation for 8:00. It’s now 8:45. Im still sitting here. It’s 1 worker. Yall are the worse ever!!! Get yall ish together !!!!!!!!!!
It isn’t worth trying to get a rental from this location. Considering the service and wait times you are better off walking to your destination than dealing with these people. Wish I could give zero stars
Very Worste experience. They always have unclean cars. Sometimes they ridiculously say they don’t have cars. They y they should confirm the reservation of they don’t have cars. Very nasty people . The staff over there are very bad very rude.
