Made a reservation and they did not give me a car. They weren’t able to do anything for me. Only suggestion was to call corporate. Corporate could do nothing. They just don’t have cars. If you take a reservation you need to keep it. This location did not. Do not trust this place.

Never never rent a car from them. I went in with a confidence number and told me that they had no car for me but was getting a car for a person who cam in after me. After I was told they had no cars
Arrived for a scheduled pick up at this location, but they had no vehicles available. I had to cancel after paying to travel there. Staff did not offer assistance with alternate transportation to another branch. The closest one was Philly airport. Other branches apparently did not have any cars either. They did not offer any points or anything. Couldn’t even cancel my reservation at the counter, just turned me away and told me to call Customer Service.
