Came during hours of operation. Tried to call before, but no one answered. When I got to the desk, was greeted by a sign that said they were unavailable. Called the phone number on the sign: no one answered.
This is the absolute worst rental place and customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with. If you can literally go anywhere else I would. FYI, they do not accept cash, cash app, PayPal, Chime, debit, or credit, Venmo, or any other visa or MasterCard that they don’t consider “Major” .
Had a reservation to pick up a car at 10am( when they open) was there at 1045am. There was a sign on the counter with a phone number to call and that no one was on site. Called the number and was told that no would be back there until "maybe around noon or 1pm".
