Horrible location have rented here several times no cars available, this time I had a reservation for 4:00, apparently they changed the hours, I arrived at 4:01 and they were closed.

The service at the front was excellent, she made me feel very good. The car I rented was delivered with 10% of the battery, but she made sure to give me a good car. It was new. I liked it so much that the next day after returning it, I went to the dealer and bought it. So, thank you for our trip. My daughters will never forget it.

I was delayed in traffic by 27 minutes returning the vehicle. The clerk put down return time rounded to the full hour adding 3 minutes more. Then I was charged $10.60 for "Additional hours" which is 1/3 of my daily rate or 8 additional hours. Why isn't there a Grace Period? This is the 2nd time I was overcharged. My prior rental I arrived 55 minutes early. Without telling me, the clerk charged me for an ENTIRE EXTRA DAY! This location at 66 Haarlem Ave, North White Plains, NY has abysmal customer service. Received a confirmation for a rental car pick up after having a flight canceled. After getting to the location to pick up at our scheduled time was told they don’t have a car available for us due to it being a holiday weekend. That’s fine but then the customer needs to be notified prior to showing up for their appointment.
