Absolutely terrible experience with Hertz. I was given a car I didn’t like, then it developed brake issues which made it feel unsafe. Trying to exchange it turned into a nightmare—I was sent to multiple locations (including an airport), each time being told they’d have a vehicle for me, and every single time I showed up… nothing. Second time renting from this location and it’s been great both times. Got a car similar to what I reserved (a Prius, which was actually better than what I was expecting; it was probably an upgrade but my rate stayed the same), the check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the people there (particularly the woman behind the counter — unfortunately I can’t recall her name but assume it was Madge based on other reviews) were very pleasant and helpful. PC member with a simple corporate rental. Lady at the counter on Saturday is rude, slow, arrogant, incompetent, power tripping. Have not seen her before so assume she is new to location. What is wrong with this hertz location?!
