I just picked up a car for a one-day rental from this location and I’m honestly mortified by the condition of the vehicle. The car was clearly not cleaned at all. The interior was dirty and the vehicle had a horrendous smell that made the drive extremely unpleasant. As a President’s Tier member, I expected much better. Needed a vehicle with a spacious trunk and ended up with a Kia Soul. You shouldn’t be able to pay a deposit for a 7 passenger vehicle with a debit card online, if a credit card is needed to rent one. Also, the interior of the Soul has stains and without a walk through inspection I’m curious to see how this plays out when I return the vehicle. Should have insisted on one.
They called to tell me they had no cars available (I had confirmation of a booked car) an hour before I was set to pick up the car. So with two children under three already on our way in an Uber, I had to search for another car. Horrific customer service.
