Zero stars! Prepaid for a car, reservation says guaranteed my car for up to 24 hours. My flight was delayed 1 hour. Get there NO CAR. How do you give away a car that has been FULLY PAID FOR. You have permanently lost my business

Dismal. No cars available at the time of pickup. Three hour wait and then I was provided with a 15 passenger van - even though someone returned a Genesis car that would have been closer to my original and fully paid reservation. If you fly to this airport, don’t expect a car to be ready (this was recommended to me after the fact).

Excellent car but the office ran out of cars when I reached it and I had to wait for 1/2 hour despite having a reservation. And the car lot is inconveniently far from the office.

Hi I’ve been renting with hertz a lot all over the world, but I this location I for some reason got a 2021 Ford expedition, which to be honest drives pretty good, But doesn’t have the basic features which I expect when renting a car , I’ve never seen hertz even owe such old cars They told me I’ll be able to change it, but after calling back a lot of times they told me they won’t have, I’m just disappointed cause I can’t even have car play connected in that car normally and the music volume is locked at 14 The staff were nice... read more
