Rental expirence was good, veichle was good, Was charged $25.00 for " Concession fee recovery" It means the people/renter pay for Hertz to be at this location. This needs to be fully disclosed but instesd blind side the coustomer with this charge.
Overall experience was good. If you rent any car (in general), always check all sides of vehicle for scratches and damage before leaving, take pictures. Not that we had any problems, but our rented vehicle had scratches and damage when we picked it up. The staff were very helpful and the process for pick up and drop off couldn't be any easier.
Excellent staff and everything was perfect.
By far my favorite rental company when visiting my family. Daughters live in SC,TX, and CT . Hertz’s services are excellent in all three regardless of the time of year we gather!
