Thank you andrew! We had a flight change from FLL to PBI, pbi hertz was trying to charge us an extra $240 to drop off there. I called this location after that and was told they could take the vehicle no problem, andrew also empathized that charge was ridiculous and was so kind, removing stress from my situation. I will definitely rent from El Cid Hertz the next time I’m in town! Thank you Andrew!!

Worst place to rent a car ...took 481.06 and I didn't rent the car...becareful with this place...im disputing the charges with my bank I will no return to this place...bad business..hope the don't sith an lie to more customers

My reservation was confirmed 2 days ago. This location had 2 days to notify they were sold out. Instead I called today just to check and was “helped” by a woman who did not provide her name and hung up. She told me to call customer service myself after I told her I will be charged an additional cancellation fee if I don’t show. She did not had great customer service and took it as a laughing matter. Being stranded in a different state and having to solve their mistake is not what I expected. Management needs to do better and... read more
