Highly highly recommend the Hertz location on S. Dixie in West Palm Beach. They are my number one choice anytime I need a vehicle. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and kind. They are patient, understand my needs and very accommodating which means a lot. They are the best around by far!
Dos this location have drop off box to return car over the weekend?
As I was leaving their garage the guy at the gate spotted the rear windshield wiper being broken. That and the bad smell of the interior was enough for Hertz to assign me another much nicer SUV. Thx
The gentleman up front was very kind and accommodating, considering I switched my rental location on the customer service line like 20 minutes prior to showing up. I'm leaving a two star review because I requested the compact category that said I would get a sedan, but he pulled up a compact SUV and said he had no sedans; though I think the phone agent should've informed me of that. Im annoyed that for a 900 mile trip I only got like 27 highway mpg which is not remotely comparable to a sedan, my ride was bumpy and the car cl... read more
