Rude, power trip employees! Unprofessional, never answer phones DO NOT RENT HERE if I could give zero starts I would. Rented a car to me with a defective remote, that was also due for inspection. I had to drive an HOUR for said inspection.....just to be told we don't deal with Uber til nine....at eight 8 am with NO CUSTOMERS!!!! After YOU inconvenienced ME!!! Im wasting prime money making hours sitting here!!!!! Do better!!!!!
Do NOT rent from this place! If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would. The manager at this location has a DISGUSTING attitude and nasty demeanor when interacting with customers. This location never answers their phone during business hours. Overall, they are completely disorganized, disrespectful, and unhelpful. They don’t clearly explain terms and conditions of your rental, and are unknowledgeable when asking for clarification on unclear charges. Fantastic experience here! Employees were helpful and incredibly efficient. Very speedy experience in-and-out on both ends. Vehicle was in great condition as well. Couldn’t reach this location by phone though but ended up not needing to.
