The staff was very helpful and it was easy to process.
I reserved a Small Hybrid SUV specifically because the amount of driving I was planning on doing. When I arrived they only had chevy blazers available which is really not helpful. I understand when making reservations at these places you may not get exactly what was you are looking for, however in the reservation it states Hybrid Small SUV(B8) Kia Niro Hybrid or similar. They always try to charge you extra money for like extra day even you are there on time and then they tell you ups I make a mistake am sorry, I sent that money back to your account Card But the problem is your never get that money I got charged when I was picking up the car an extra day, Then returning the car they tried to charge me again for an extra day without she telling me But I was smart this time and I took the money out of my account card so that doesn't happen.
