Office looks broke-down, busted and disgusted. The employees look angry. Borderline hostile. Like you owe them money from 2009. Weird vibes . Ca you trust a car from this place ? Personally, it is a NO for me.
I got a reservation with a confirmation number through Uber's rental program. My reservation was not honored, and there were no vehicles that I requested or of similar specifications. However, the only representative there tried to help me as best she could.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Hertz location in Westchester. From the moment I walked in, the attitude from both the front desk employee and the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or even speaking respectfully, they talked down to me, acted like I was an inconvenience, and made the entire process more stressful than it ever needed to be. Terrible service. We called multiple times so we could get picked up from our apartment for our 9:30am appointment and never got an answer. Took and uber and we got there at 10:30am. The woman at the front gave attitude while saying she doesn’t answer the phone when she has customers in front of her. Never booking with Hertz again.
