Hertz in west Chester sucks
Plastic, nice quick and easy.
I rented an electric car from here, and like many of my friends, I deeply regretted it. The car was faulty, and they made fun of me. They don't help you if you have any problems with the car. The employees don't even answer your phone calls or emails.
You sacrifice good customer service for a lower price. The office was dirty and the woman that was working was rude to her coworkers and customers. I had the same customer service experience at PHL. Next time I will stick with Enterprise.
Watch your bills upon returning car, I was charged an extra day and returned the car a day early, ive never had issue with hertz but knew upon renting from this location that it would not be an easy process, I booked the car online and 2 days earlier and upon going to this establishment I waited almost 2 hours to get my rental and sat in the lobby while I watched 4 people in the office do absolutely nothing for a half hour of the wait..after this experience with hertz I probably will not use hertz again..dropped the keys in ... read more
