Have sent emails called several times but no response yet and was told email is d quickest way to get across… ur car is showing maintenance required, sent emails immediately cuz that means oil change is needed but no response since ,I am writing this for future reference so I won’t be charged

Ok so yes it’s very busy but Jezel (probably spelled that wrong) is the absolute best!!!! She remains calm under pressure and answers all your questions very thankful for her service and patience. I deserves better help on there though!
Office looks broke-down, busted and disgusted. The employees look angry. Borderline hostile. Like you owe them money from 2009. Weird vibes . Ca you trust a car from this place ? Personally, it is a NO for me.
