I simply want to thank Hertz for giving excellent service. I've hired cars from other companies previously, but I've never had better service or rented a vehicle that exceeded their expectations.
The service was handled well (polite, prompt, etc) with vehicle checkout being a breeze. The only thing I was disappointed with was the odor of the vehicle which smelled of cigarettes.
