We wanted a car from the Airport.. having given Hertz relatively short notice …Michelle went above & beyond .. her service, attention to detail was amazing… The car was delivered to the airport before we arrived & collected after we returned. Michelle could not have been more helpful .. I cannot recommend her & the service we received more highly … If we need a car in Warrnambool again .. we will be going straight to Hertz Thankyou .. very much for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE
