Booked a car from Hertz through Expedia for April 5th. We arrived at the location and it was vacant. Not open, no cars. Called Hertz and rep was unable to help. Rep said to wait an hour and check again! Also, this location is not in the Wawa. Wawa rep said never was there. According to the dates/notes on the door this location has been closed since last year. 555 W Street Rd. Had to reserve a car elsewhere for immediate need. This location at 555 Street Road is closed. CLOSED Made reservation on Priceline No one there but hours posted. Called hertz customer service and absolutely horrible. Saw what looked like employee and he advised drop off only location.This closed and Montgomeryville office closed. Priceline, I expect bad service but surprised how bad Hertz was
