The worst company to deal with. Disgusting customer service from Wanganui branch. Called ahead to check the car would be ready and wasn’t the car I’d booked originally so I was ok with that. Said I’d be there in an hour. Get a phone call 10 minutes later to say she had checked my booking and someone had put a type on my file meaning I can’t get a car from them. We needed a loan car as our cars wheels had been damaged due to hitting a metre wide pot hole on the way out to Waitotara one night, the Hertz car rental people were fantastic helped us out when we needed a loan car. So a big thank you to Jordan we really appreciated it.
Hi don’t like there way of working and how to get the $200 credit from customer when they book the rental car, i paid them $200 when i got the rental vehicle and they said you will get back into your account once you return the vehicle in 7 to 10 days. I kept their car for 2 and half months because my car got accident and was at mechanic for maintenance. but i returned their car on 6th september 2023, they said i will get credit in few days, i didn’t receive yet it’s already more than 2 weeks upon checking they said you didn... read more
