On Friday, I spoke with Jordan and informed him that I would be returning the hire car after hours, as I finish work at 5:00 PM. He agreed to this arrangement and assured me that there would be no issue, stating that “as long as we come on Monday and we see the car back and filled up, there will not be any issue,” and that I would receive my full refund.
