She was patient, attentive, and truly made sure I had the right vehicle for my needs. Because of her dedication, I’m now able to travel comfortably and continue my work without added stress. Absolutely disgusting experience at the Hertz in Waldorf, MD. This location is hands down one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the phone—communication here is nonexistent. And when they do pick up, there’s loud, vulgar music blasting in the background like you’ve called into a party instead of a business. They have charged me several times for gas when I returned at the same levels I picked up. Most recently they add a $10/day upgrade fee that I didn't ask for. All I'm doing is driving to physical therapy, I don't need anything more than the smallest/cheapest car. Pick up time is never what you request. I used to rent here regularly and probably have 20 times in the past year. But I won't be doing so again. It used to be less expensive than Uber, but now it's no longer worth it.
