Absolutely disgusting experience at the Hertz in Waldorf, MD. This location is hands down one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the phone—communication here is nonexistent. And when they do pick up, there’s loud, vulgar music blasting in the background like you’ve called into a party instead of a business. They have charged me several times for gas when I returned at the same levels I picked up. Most recently they add a $10/day upgrade fee that I didn't ask for. All I'm doing is driving to physical therapy, I don't need anything more than the smallest/cheapest car. Pick up time is never what you request. I used to rent here regularly and probably have 20 times in the past year. But I won't be doing so again. It used to be less expensive than Uber, but now it's no longer worth it. Beware. I was quoted a price but was billed a different price. Took over two weeks for them to process the return then was pushed over to the bikkinh team to only be told " your going to listen to me" Rude by the team and management. Total hold 2 hours to achieve disrespect.
