On 12-20, our plane arrives late, our luggage was lost, went to the other rental car where we had reservation, but it closed an hour earlier, went over to Hetz they were clesed. Wh the lady saw us looking in the window as they were still putting cars away, she came out to see what we needed. Told her our story and bless her heart she open up the store and rented us a car. She was very nice and friendly. Thank you Hertz and your staff for going the extra step. Penny, Ken & Kevin
