The shuttle service was safe, great and excellent! But the customer service makes me don`t wanna go back. I got quoted one fee on line and I was given another quote at the counter; The customer service lady asked me if I wanted to buy the gas option and I said no, she insisted that it was better for me because the gas was cheaper, so I said ok. On 12-20, our plane arrives late, our luggage was lost, went to the other rental car where we had reservation, but it closed an hour earlier, went over to Hetz they were clesed. Wh the lady saw us looking in the window as they were still putting cars away, she came out to see what we needed. Told her our story and bless her heart she open up the store and rented us a car.
