Everything was smooth and easy for the return of the vehicle. Just need to update the building location since on the website still the old address for the VirginiaBeach location!
I never leave reviews but here we are. Saturday (April 12th) I picked up my vehicle, they had someone from the Williamsburg location working. They were slammed packed, phones ringing and he was alone. And during my transaction the system went down. He was very calm and collected and handled the situation well. I wish i could remember his name, but he also was great. The car I received had some technical issues which caused my trip to be postponed due to them being closed on Sundays.
