Tried calling the number on Google to book, phone service directed me only to the website. Booked my car with CC info, get an Uber, I'm 4 min away and they call to say they don't have any cars and was unable to check other locations for me. Waste of money and time. And if course I won't be reimbursed for my Uber ride. Hertz is no longer the best company in this space, so pathetic!
Wrong address listed on Expedia, so we were late. Employee laughed when told we were searching for the location because address on Expedia was wrong. He charged us an additional $43 for an up charge. Rental was dirty, smelled like cigarettes.
I booked my rental 1.5 hours before needing a vehicle. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Super easy compared to an other car rental experience I have ever had. Car is in good working condition and clean. Super easy process, THANK YOU
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID THIS LOCATION I rented a vehicle for one month and extended it for another month without issue. However, when I attempted to extend for just one additional week, I was denied and forced to return the car. I immediately booked another vehicle for the same day, only to receive a last-minute call from Hertz informing me they had overbooked.
