This was a one way trip from Nashville to Virginia Beach, as I booked the rental via Hertz app. App was easy to use to schedule my pickup and drop-off location. As far as the staff is concerned, they great and friendly at both locations. Got me in and out in no time. Will use Hertz again for my future needs.
