The dealership was nice clean space lotz of inventory How ever the hertz rental lady was rude and short no explaining what's cars were available No trucks no 4x4 no 7 seaters it's a hole in the wall literally 10x10 room ridiculous I would have gladly paid for an upgrade I ask Chevy to pick me up from gmc caposio They had a driver there in 2 min I will never be back to hertz for anything

Fast and friendly service
You can call 10 times in a one hour time period and never get an employee to answer. So you drive over and show up to three employees just sitting in the office chit chatting, and so full of excuses as to why no one answers the phone and leaves it to people showing up. Of course having no cars available. Get it together and do your job.
