I am extremely disappointment with the service my partner and I received at this location today. My partner booked a rental vehicle last night and received a confirmation email. When we arrived at the counter today, we were told our booking had been cancelled due to “no vehicles being available.” I was further told that I had been notified by phone and email, neither of which I ever received. Absolutely awful. The employee did not come out to pre check damages on car with me, so I did it myself and went to find an employee to sign off. I returned the car and they said there was damages because their sheet had no damage indicated- good thing I did it myself. I also filled the car with gas 13km from the airport, they said 10L was missing- again my fault for not making the employee get up from his desk to sign off on the paper work with me there. 렌트카 반납 장소를 찾지 못했습니다. 반납 장소로 가는 문은 닫혀있었습니다. (반납 장소 찾기가 너무 어렵습니다.) 카운터에 문의하려고 했더니 직원도 07:30 이후에 출근한다고 기재되어 있었습니다. 비행기 시간이 늦을 것 같아서 지도에 표기된 위치에 주차했습니다. 차 키는 반납함에 넣어두었습니다. 영업시작 전 운영에 대한 안내 개선이 매우 필요합니다. 그리고 반납하기 직전에 가득 주유했는데, 게이지가 증가하지 않았습니다. 필요할 경우 영수증 보내드릴테니 연락주세오
