Rental was great except dirty windshield on inside of vehicle rest was very clean and all worked well. Staff I dealt with were very helpful. Would rent from Hertz again.
Exceptional service from Marian at Hertz at the Victoria BC Airport. She was friendly, professional, and demonstrated excellent job knowledge.
I would definitely rent from Hertz again. Staff were very helpful and there were no issues with the vehicle. Also far better priced than the competition.
I had a very great experience with Hertz at the Victoria international airport. They were curious and fast. I have been charged the correct amount so far but reading all the reviews of extra charges days later or week later, I hope I won't have to change this review to a lesser one. Thanks Hertz
AVOID THIS LOCATION. Easily the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Within two hours of leaving the Hertz Victoria Airport lot, the oil-change light came on even though staff had insisted the car was “just serviced.” Not long after, the engine began overheated, leaving us stranded in rural Victoria with our 9-month-old baby. Hertz Roadside Assistance couldn’t even find us a cab and told us to Uber back to the airport at our own cost, promising reimbursement later (which we’re still waiting on months later).
