My car was great. But the customer service was horrible. I requested a car seat when I booked, they charged me 94 dollars but didnt carrry them at that location. I called to make sure the charge was removed and got attitude. I dropped my car off 1 hr b4 time and the guy just said throw the keys on the counter. I asked for a receipt, he refused to provide, I asked if my charge for the car seat was removed, he got very snarky with me and said we told u that already. I took a photo of the keys on the counter. Don’t rent a car from here?They have the worst service of any place I have ever dealt with.Their staff is rude they will keep your money even if you don’t rent car, Then you call up there and hang up on you ! Hands down worst place on Here!

This is one of the worst businesses ever. The staff is rude. The reservations are unreliable. They once kept calling me saying that I did not turn in the keys. That was NOT true. The keys were turned in on time. I had to go back to the local office and call the 1-800 number and have him tell them that the keys were turned in. Another time I was called the day before my reservation with them canceling it saying a plane was coming in and they needed the car. I could not believe it. Terrible Customer Service!
