They charged $20 more than what was on the receipt, claiming the gas tank wasn’t full. That’s not true—I took a picture and video before returning the car. They are such liars. I’ve filed a complaint to the corporate headquarter, Expedia, and the credit card company. Please beware!!!
Had to return to the airport prior to leaving on vacation because the employee didn't check the fuel level in the car and advised that it was full however it only had a half a tank and the website didn't advise that only the person that booked the car was the only one who could drive the vehicle unless paying an extra 15 dollars a day
My car was great. But the customer service was horrible. I requested a car seat when I booked, they charged me 94 dollars but didnt carrry them at that location. I called to make sure the charge was removed and got attitude. I dropped my car off 1 hr b4 time and the guy just said throw the keys on the counter.
