Incredibly efficient Hertz location. John & Willy offer next level service, making sure you're in and out as soon as humanly possible. As a president's circle member, this is the best Hertz location I've used, hands down.

I booked a car at 9AM for pickup at 10:30AM. Booking was confirmed. Walked 40 minutes to get to the location but they didn't have my car. My Hertz contract states: "In the event that a car in the reserved car class is not available at the time of rent, Hertz will attempt to provide you with a vehicle from a ’higher’ vehicle car class from that which was reserved (not including special car classes, vehicles, or Dream Cars) for no extra charge". Had a horrible experience here - do not recommend this Hertz location and Hertz for anyone. I had reserved a car to be picked up at 9 am - got there and they told me that for the past 3 days they had been having problems not getting cars on time and that because of that I would have to wait 2 hours to get the car I had reserved weeks in advance.
