Jesse was excellent in helping get us set up with the car for our trip. He was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
This was the worst experience ever. Very very unkind lady behind the desk. Speaks disrespectful and gave us the wrong size car. We could drive to the airport ans hope dor the best. Did not want to call because they would be busy. I reached out on the phone after our rental period, got to speak with the same lady. Again very rude, not helpful at all. If you want good service and get what you paid for, do NOT go heren.
