We missed our pick up time slightly and they gave our rental away. When discussing with the local agents they were very rude. Lady literally said good luck finding another car when we didn't want to pay an upcharge for another premium rental. Never using Hertz again, and will be closing all 3 of our company accounts.
Would have given-ve rating, if I could! Was charged twice and also for fuel when i had topped up just before returning
