I have been renting with Hertz for yrs and never had a bad experience until I came to Vacaville hertz. This woman supposed to be a trainee manager, so unhappy & attitude. Leave your attitude outside the door! I’m updating this review to five stars because Ibrahim has changed my experience here! He makes this place keep going. Best customer service, and he is very knowledgeable of his work, smart & intelligent. He should be the manager if anything else.

Made reservation online and went to pick up the vehicle, upon arrival was informed there was no vehicle available, this company is out of touch, taking reservation with no available vehicles, don't waste your time, person at the front desk was not helpful, and answered I don't know and I'm not sure to every questions I asked, would have probably received a better service if they would have placed robotics instead

Customer service is horrible...Rude employee
