This Hertz location has made it impossible to obtain a rental vehicle. I have been told reservation is set for a set day at 8:00, to then show up and be told there are no vehicles until Monday twice. Why give me a reservation time and date if you are going to not have vehicles when I show up on the reservation day? If you need a rental do not use Hertz and definitely not this Hertz location as all they do is waste your time.
READ THE REVIEWS!!! Like I should have done before wasting my time. I promise you, the reviews are not lying. It's a travesty you cannot rate less than one star. Just please know that if you reserve a vehicle from here, even weeks in advance, there is a solid chance they will not have a car for you when you arrive. I gave 1 star cause I couldn’t put zero. This location of hertz is a joke. Do not waste your time trying to call they don’t answer. They will not have a car for you and will tell you here is an upgrade to a midsized suv or a truck, which caused me to have to spend another 60$ in fuel costs. I rented my vehicle 3/4 weeks prior and had these problems.
I booked a car for two weeks a week prior to my need date. I was coming in from out of state. The morning of the day I was supposed to pick up the car they called and said “sorry no cars available until thursday.” I was picking the car up on Monday. I expressed frustration that they accepted the booking and then let me know they couldn’t get the car the morning of. All I was told is “they will let me know if it’s sooner”.
