Absolutely horrendous customer service. Don't even waste your time just pay the extra and go to Enterprise. They have outstanding customer service and they ALWAYS go out of their way. And would NEVER keep you on hold for 34 minutes and still counting waiting for them wo even a courtesy apology.
Terrible experience. Take a trip there for them to not even have the car reserved. Save the hassle and go somewhere else
They Never Answer The Phone Or They Answer & Leave You On Hold Forever & Then Hang Up On You!
We have been here twice during our trips to visit family and every time we have had great service and our car was very clean. Definitely would recommend.
