These guys will never answer the phone, ever. You can call them 10 times in a row and no one will answer, even got put on hold a couple of times only for the line to hang up. This means you have to go in person every single time you want to talk about your rental and if you have a job then this becomes inconvenient and old very quickly. Horrible service.
I reserved a vehicle a week in advance without an issue but less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup, I receive a text message from the location saying that they are sold out of vehicles and unable to offer me a solution. I tried calling the corporate number in attempt to find ANY vehicle for me with the times I needed, and supposedly ALL vehicles in the Des Moines metro area are all sold out. If there are no vehicles available, you shouldn't be allowed to book. This is the most frustrating and unprofessional experience... read more
Rented a car through hertz online, local office called me to tell me they were sold out and wanted me to call their 800 number to get a refund! ZERO customer service provided at any level. Zero stars should be an option
Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, but the one offered worked perfect for our trip. My daughter especially loved the ride and its cool features. Thanks so much!
