I reserved a vehicle online and when I arrived at the location I was told that I can't get the vehicle I reserved and was offered a smaller vehicle and the price was almost double than what I booked online. The manager at the location gave me attitude and was very nasty. This was the second time I booked a rental online and upon arrival found out that I couldn't get what I booked. It waisted my time and my money and it's unacceptable.
Hertz gave me 2 different cars - one with completely bald tires and both were absolutely filthy. I would not recommend ever using Hertz.
I've been this location three times. On first visit, the door was locked with note, no one is available even though it was their operation time around 4pm. I should wait for 30mins and then finally, the agent appeared. Next visit, the office was closed with a note closed at 2pm. However Hertz customer corporate center advised me that the office is open until 6pm. My most recent visit, it was 9am but no one was available and I was waiting for 15mins.
A few times I had made a reservation, and i had come, and they did not have a car when I told them it's a half hour way for me she told me that she apologized and when I tried to call them if I should come to my Reservation, they did not pick up a few times, i get charges for toll that was unrecognizable. That's after their high convenience fee on the recognized and I get overcharged; there is nobody to talk with. STAY AWAY!!!! maybe their prices are cheap but they will steal the money from you in another format
Counter staff was really friendly and made the process super easy, would definitely recommend this location!
