Horrible service.... Avoid using this car rental.... Women turned to next customer before finishing with us....There were no cars in the lot but I wasn't told when there would be one coming.... Representative barely would look at me or answer my questions.... Total disgrace.
Worst experience ever! I've used multiple Hertz locations this has been my absolute worst experience by far! Manager is absolutely the most unhelpful man to work in this place.......
