I would not recommend Hertz to anyone. Even tho I am middle-aged, I had never rented a car before. I foolishly did not do the "walk- around" or documenting of my own. Two days after a girlfriend and I got back from a 350 mile round trip- I had the car for just over 10 hours- I got a call from HertzClaims about "damage" I had done to the car.
