We booked car rental from Hertz website from this location and when we went for pickup they told us they are shutting down the business and don’t have any cars. Even if you’re able to book car online for this location don’t bother as the website and store don’t speak.
We had a car reserved at this location and received a call in the morning that the location was closed due to a family emergency. Apparently there is only one employee at this location and there was no backup. We had to find a way down to Santa Rosa to rent a car. The only compensation Hertz would offer was a $50 travel certificate, which of course won't be used because I won't rent from Hertz again.
There's no explaining how horrible this place is. They must be going out of business and not paying their employees or something. It's just that bad.
Ok just tried to call 30 minutes prior to closing Can NOT get through I do not want to do online Will call tomorrow AM and if same lack of service will go elsewhere
